TASTING NOTE:The 2009 growing season was long with warm days with cool nights providing perfect conditions for producing a classic Central Otago Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit is 100% Central Otago sourced from the Gibbston and Cromwell basin sub-regions.

Individual vineyard lots were harvested at optimum maturity, gently pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel to capture all the nuances of each site, sub region and the vibrant fruit character. The resulting wines were rack blended shortly after completion of fermentation.

The resulting wine abounds with passionfruit, jasmine flower and gooseberry, combined with an expressive mouth filling palate of tropical fruit, citrus and gooseberry.

A fresh and fruity Sauvignon Blanc best enjoyed in its youth.
